Wunda Chair Pilates

The Wunda Chair is a versatile and compact piece of equipment used in Pilates that offers a dynamic and challenging workout. It consists of a padded seat with springs and straps, providing resistance for a variety of exercises aimed at improving strength, flexibility, and overall body control. The class set up of 3 per class will allow for more concentration and guidance as we flow through the repertoire suitable for all levels of fitness.

Pregnancy Pilates 

Pregnancy Pilates is an excellent way to keep your body strong and healthy while expecting! By focusing on your core and pelvic floor muscles, these classes can help you achieve better posture, balance, and strength. They can also help you to have a more comfortable pregnancy and a faster recovery time after pregnancy. Plus, it's an enjoyable way to stay active and healthy while you are expecting!

Stretch Class

A class specific to stretching the body head to toe. Enjoy 50 minutes of muscle stretching, breath, and relaxation.

Mums & Bubs Pilates

Mums and Bubs Pilates class is a specialised fitness session designed for postnatal mothers and their Babies. It aims to provide a safe and supportive environment for new mums to regain their strength, flexibility, and overall fitness levels after giving birth, all while bonding with their babies. The class structure will combine traditional Pilates exercises with modifications, following the Postnatal structure. Babies up to walking age welcome. 

Barre Fusion

Combining classical Barre movement with Pilates exercise, Barre Fusion provides a low-impact, full-body workout emphasizing strength, flexibility, and balance.

I was new to Pilates, but have been attending classes for several months now. I appreciate Kim's lovely nature and encouragement at every class. There is always a unique sequence of exercises and the view at Cobb's Hill Estate is a treat. I would highly recommend to other mums and anyone seeking to increase their core strength and fitness.
