Two Week Program

The two week program is suitable for individuals who are after some clarification on their nutrition, meal ideas and strategies towards their nutrition goals. Are confident to follow through on their goals and know exactly the goal to achieve without the follow up.

Ideal for those with some general understanding of nutrition and goals but lack the motivation to get started or stick to a plan. Requires guidance to set out specific goal setting and clarification on daily habitual decisions and removing the obstacles getting in the way to reach the end goal.
